Acceptance of Terms

By logging into or using the MediQPro system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this system.

1. User Accounts and Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You must immediately notify administrators of any unauthorized account access
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Accounts are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered individual

2. Security Requirements

As a healthcare system user, you agree to:

  • Use strong passwords and enable available security features
  • Set up security questions and backup codes for account recovery
  • Never share your login credentials with anyone
  • Log out after each session, especially on shared computers
  • Report any security vulnerabilities or suspicious activities
Security Best Practices: Regularly update your security settings and review your account activity.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MediQPro only for lawful purposes related to healthcare operations. Prohibited activities include:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to system areas or other accounts
  • Using the system for any fraudulent or malicious purposes
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempting to circumvent system security or authentication measures
  • Using automated scripts or bots to interact with the system
  • Sharing confidential patient information outside authorized channels

4. Password Recovery System

The multi-method password recovery system has specific terms:

SMS Verification Maintain current phone number; protect verification codes
Security Questions Provide accurate answers; keep answers confidential
Backup Codes Store codes securely; regenerate if compromised
Admin Request Provide verification; await administrator contact

5. Healthcare Compliance

As a healthcare system, MediQPro users must comply with:

  • HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
  • Local healthcare data protection regulations
  • Facility-specific privacy and security policies
  • Professional confidentiality requirements
Compliance Note: Violation of healthcare regulations may result in immediate account suspension and legal consequences.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You specifically agree not to:

  • Attempt to reset another user's password without authorization
  • Use the password reset system to harass or inconvenience others
  • Submit fraudulent admin reset requests
  • Bypass security measures or exploit system vulnerabilities
  • Use the system outside your authorized healthcare facility scope

7. System Availability and Limitations

  • MediQPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any system feature
  • Scheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability
  • We are not liable for any data loss or system interruptions
  • Backup and recovery are the responsibility of individual facilities

8. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to MediQPro if:

  • You violate these Terms of Use
  • Your employment or affiliation with the healthcare facility ends
  • Required by law or regulatory authority
  • We detect suspicious or unauthorized activities
  • Your account poses a security risk to the system
